Passion Flower Tincture

Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) dry herb tincture ratio 1:8 in a menstrum of 25% alcohol 96o and Highland Spring mineral water.

Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) dry herb glycerite ratio 1:1 in a menstruum of Organic Food Grade Vegetable Glycerine and Highland Spring Mineral Water.

Shake well before each use. Store in cool and dark place. After opening use within the BB date on label. Keep out of reach of children.

Take 40 - 80 drops (2 - 4 ml) 3 times a day or as directed by a Herbal practitioner, in water or juice for three weeks. Stop the treatment for one week and repeat it for another 3 weeks. Continue the treatment as above, if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

For people who wish to avoid alcohol, add boiling water to the tincture and leave for 15 minutes for the alcohol to evaporate and the tincture to cool or use Glycerite.

 Passion flower Herbal Tincture must be avoided in

• Sedative medications (CNS depressants): Passion flower might cause sleepiness and drowsiness. Taking passion flower along with sedative medications might cause too much sleepiness.
